Car rental companies will require the main driver to provide a valid credit card, issued to his/her name by a banking institution. Third-party credit cards will not be accepted if the card holder is not present.

The rental company will place a hold on the main driver's credit card to serve as a security deposit at the time when the rental agreement is signed. The hold will be released by the rental company to the credit card administrator upon vehicle drop-off; the necessary period for the release to take effect may vary depending on the credit card administrator. The hold amount may vary depending on the vehicle group and rental period and may be retained, in part or in whole, by the rental company in case of damages to the vehicle.

Car rental companies reserve the right to refuse renting vehicles to individuals with credit delinquency history or people the rental company may otherwise consider liabilities.

In the event you cancel a reservation that was made under the partial online pre-payment mode or full online pre-payment mode, you will be charged an amount equivalent to 5% of the total value of the aforementioned reservation to cover administrative costs. Modifications like dates, vehicle type, etc., will be free of charge.
